PROJECT MANAGEMENT
I have been involved in numerous projects throughout my professional career. Most recently, I was responsible for coordinating and working with a global team tasked with re-engineering the process of determining management head count needs for domestic US operations. Other Projects include: Opening new buildings and operations, Coordinating the development of JBA's for new roles, and Managing new technology and services deployments.
SUPPLY CHAIN LOGISTICS
UPS is the largest transportation and logistics company in the world. Throughout my career there, I was involved in almost every facet of supply chain logistics. This includes volume forecasting, work measurement, dispatch planning, customer management, HR processes, operations management, business planning, process improvement, development of special operating plans, final mile optimisation, and more.
TRANSFORMATION MANAGEMENT
Given my experience and my reputation for being a forward thinking personality, I was chosen to work with a very select group on transforming the Global Engineering Department at UPS. This process involved thorough inventory of current state, drafting optimal future state, presenting to Senior Leadership, and implementing new structure and processes, while applying change management methods to achieve success.
